The Tsinelas Board of Directors, some volunteers and the ten full scholars of Lut-od National High School in Pinamungajan. In the background is the school building that doesn’t do much in sheltering the students from the wind and rain. Students make fun of the building by calling it ‘chicken coop.’ The school is Tsinelas’ pilot area. It is located about five kilometers from Pinamungajan town proper.
