plans for 2005

Note: Although Tsinelas has so far implemented its 2005 general plans according to schedule, it still welcomes donations like books and school supplies. Tsinelas doesn’t limit its assistance to its ‘full scholars’ and will support more students if resources allow it.

1. Formation of a Tsinelas chapter in Asturias, Cebu (May-June 2005)
2. Identification of scholars in the new area:Looc Norte National High School, Asturias, Cebu (June 2005)
3. Meeting with the new scholars in Looc Norte National High School and their parents (June 2005)
4. Delivery of school supplies, uniforms, shoes to Tsinelas scholars and payment of their school fees and contributions for the whole year: (July 2005)
   — 10 third year students from Lut-od National High School in Pinamungajan
   — 10 second year students from Looc Norte National High School in Asturias
5. Assistance in obtaining College scholarships for two (2) valedictorians (HS Class ’04 and ’05 of Lut-od National High School
6. Delivery of donated books to Lut-od and Looc Norte (July 2005)
7. Human Development Seminar for second year students of Looc Norte National High School (August 2005)
8. Human Development Seminar for third year students of Lut-od National High School(October 2005)
9. Team building seminars for student volunteers (UP, STC, SWU)(July-August-September 2005)
10. Fund-raising for 2 computers as Christmas gifts to each of the 2 beneficiary schools (November-December 2005)
11. Giving of Christmas presentsto scholars and the 2 schools(December. 2005)
12. Recollection for third year students in Lut-od National High School (March 2006)
13. Recollection for second year students in Looc Norte National High School (March 2006)
14. Career guidance sessions for fourth year students in Lut-od and Looc Norte (March 2006)
15. Summer workshops (English, Math, etc.) for beneficiaries in Lut-od and Looc Norte(April or May 2006)
